Inaugural Donegal BikeSafe a great success

Our inaugural Donegal BikeSafe workshop was held today. Four members of An Garda Siochana took out two riders each for different routes around Sligo , Leitrim and Donegal. Some advice and knowledge was shared.

A taster of the System of Motorcycle Control was given by way of a classroom presentation which resulted in great discussion. This was followed by a 2 to 3 hour observed ride, through towns, villages, back roads, mountain roads, and main routes

We hope we have improved the safety of the riders who attended and been true to our mission to promote safe motorcycling on Irish roads.
